In 2014 I decided to embark on a new and exciting chapter in my life! Over the past ten years, I've been on an incredible journey of personal growth and self-discovery, evolving into a version of myself that I genuinely love and feel at ease with. It's a wonderful place to be.
Throughout my life, I held a strong belief that I needed formal education and certificates to validate my abilities and worth. Consequently, I delved into various fields, amassing a collection of certificates, from Reiki Mastery to Mindscape and Beyond Right Brain, Natures Language, Body Talk Access, Intuitive Fascia Release, Access Bars, Access Ernergetic Facelift and then qualifying as an International PKP Kinesiology Practitioner. However, I still felt the need to continue learning, thinking that I must know more before I could truly make a meaningful impact on the world.
Yet, during a particularly enlightening session of kinesiology and self-reflection, I realized that my previous career in Accounting was built solely on experience and guidance by chance. My law degree, prominently displayed on my wall, serves as a reminder of my potential achievements but no longer plays a central role in my life.
I've come to understand that all the certificates in the world mean little unless I share my knowledge and skills with the world. With this insight, I've decided not to be defined by any single document or label, and I've proudly bestowed upon myself the title of "Happy Life Mechanic." My toolbox is well-equipped with a wealth of knowledge, practical experience, and numerous certificates – all ready to be put to use, especially for you!
My passion for transformation is grounded in working with three key areas, the three S's:
Stories in Your Mind: Have you ever wondered where your thoughts originate and why they persist throughout your day and night? Your brilliant brain, though unable to differentiate between reality and imagination, often influences your physical responses. For example, simply thinking of a mouthwatering burger (whether meat or veggie) can trigger salivation, as if it were real.
Subconscious Sabotage: Our inner narratives and self-talk can have profound effects on our bodies, generating chemicals and reactions that are often incongruent with reality. These unchecked thoughts can lead to physical manifestations of unease.
Self-Talk: We must address these thoughts before they take a toll on our well-being and learn how to talk to ourselves in a way that brings about healing.
Before your body and mind take further strain, I invite you to explore the profound messages your body is trying to convey. We work together to unlock the potential for positive change for you to lead a happier, healthier and more aligned life.
